भीष्मस्य भीमसेन-निरोधः
Bhīṣma checks Bhīmasena; matched engagements intensify
अश्रिनौ श्रवणाौ नित्यं देवी जिह्नला सरस्वती । वेदा: संस्कारनिष्ठा हि त्वयीदं जगदाश्रितम्,अश्विनीकुमार आपके कान और सरस्वती देवी आपकी जिह्ढा हैं। वेद आपकी संस्कारनिष्ठा हैं। यह जगत् सदा आपहीके आधारपर टिका हुआ है
aśvinau śravaṇau nityaṃ devī jihvā sarasvatī | vedāḥ saṃskāra-niṣṭhā hi tvayi idaṃ jagad āśritam ||
ভীষ্ম ক’লে— অশ্বিনীকুমাৰদ্বয় নিত্য আপোনাৰ কাণ; দেৱী সৰস্বতী আপোনাৰ জিহ্বা। বেদসমূহ আপোনাৰ সংস্কাৰ-নিষ্ঠা; এই সমগ্ৰ জগত্ নিৰন্তৰ আপোনাৰেই আশ্ৰয়ত স্থিত।
