आवर्तनो निवृत्तात्मा संवृत: सम्प्रमर्दन: । अहःसंवर्तको वल्लिरनिलो धरणीधर:

Transliteration

āvartano nivṛttātmā saṁvṛtaḥ sampramardanaḥ | ahaḥsaṁvartako vahnir anilo dharaṇīdharaḥ ||

Translation

ভীষ্মে ক’লে—সেইজন আৱৰ্তন, যি সংসাৰচক্ৰ চলায়; তথাপি নিবৃত্তাত্মা, যি নিজে বন্ধনৰ পৰা চিৰমুক্ত। তেওঁ সংবৃত, নিজৰ যোগমায়াৰে আচ্ছন্ন; আৰু সম্প্ৰমর্দন, যি ৰুদ্র আদি উগ্ৰ ৰূপে সকলোকে দমন কৰে। তেওঁ অহঃসংৱৰ্তক, সূৰ্যৰূপে দিনৰ প্ৰৱৰ্তক; বহ্নি, যি হবি বহন কৰে; অনিল, প্ৰাণৰূপ বায়ু; আৰু ধৰণীধৰ, যি বৰাহ আৰু শেষৰূপে পৃথিৱী ধাৰণ কৰে।
