गृहस्थ ब्राह्मण घरमें रहकर प्रतिदिन संहिताका पाठ और शास्त्रोंका स्वाध्याय करे। अध्ययनको जीविकाका साधन न बनावे

Transliteration

gṛhastho brāhmaṇo gṛhe sthitvā pratidinaṃ saṃhitā-pāṭhaṃ ca śāstrāṇāṃ svādhyāyaṃ ca kuryāt | adhyayanaṃ jīvikā-sādhanaṃ na kuryāt |

Translation

মহেশ্বৰে ক’লে—গৃহস্থধৰ্মত থকা ব্ৰাহ্মণে ঘৰত থাকি প্ৰতিদিন সংহিতা পাঠ কৰিব আৰু শাস্ত্ৰৰ স্বাধ্যায় কৰিব। অধ্যয়নক জীৱিকাৰ সাধন নকৰিব।
