ऋषय ऊचु: भवान् विसृजते लोकान् भवान् संहरते पुन: । भवान् शीतं भवानुष्णं भवानेव च वर्षति
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ: bhavān visṛjate lokān bhavān saṃharate punaḥ | bhavān śītaṃ bhavān uṣṇaṃ bhavān eva ca varṣati ||
ঋষিসকলে ক’লে—হে ভগৱান! আপুনি নিজেই লোকসমূহক সৃষ্টি কৰে, আৰু আপুনি নিজেই পুনৰ সিহঁতক সংহাৰ কৰে। আপুনি নিজেই শীত, আপুনি নিজেই উষ্ণ; বৰষুণ বৰ্ষণ কৰাও আপুনিই।
भीष्म उवाच
All cosmic functions—creation, dissolution, and the sustaining forces of nature—are attributed to one supreme Lord. Ethically, this supports humility, devotion, and trust in a higher order (dharma) rather than egoistic claims of independent control.
