Karma-yoga Discipline for the Twice-born: Upanayana, Upavīta Conduct, Guru-veneration, and Alms-regimen

उद्धृत्य दक्षिणं बाहुं सव्ये बाहौ समर्पितम् / उपवीतं भवेन्नित्यं निवीतं कण्ठसज्जने

uddhṛtya dakṣiṇaṃ bāhuṃ savye bāhau samarpitam / upavītaṃ bhavennityaṃ nivītaṃ kaṇṭhasajjane

সোঁ বাহু উঠাই যজ্ঞোপবীত বাওঁ কান্ধত স্থাপন কৰাই নিত্য উপবীত; আৰু গলাত স্থিৰ কৰি পৰিলে তাক নিবীত বোলা হয়।
