অলপ উষ্ণ অৱস্থাত সেবন কৰিলে ভালদৰে সিদ্ধ কৰা চুপ লঘু হয়। ভাপত সিজাই পানী পিঁচি উলিয়াই, ঘিউ‑তেল আদি স্নেহে সংস্কৃত শাক হিতকৰ।
