Purañjana Captivated by Lust; Time (Caṇḍavega) and Old Age (Kālakanyā) Begin the Siege
तयैवं रममाणस्य कामकश्मलचेतस: । क्षणार्धमिव राजेन्द्र व्यतिक्रान्तं नवं वय: ॥ ५ ॥
tayaivaṁ ramamāṇasya kāma-kaśmala-cetasaḥ kṣaṇārdham iva rājendra vyatikrāntaṁ navaṁ vayaḥ
হে ৰাজেন্দ্ৰ প্ৰাচীনবৰ্হিষৎ, এইদৰে কাম আৰু পাপময় প্ৰবৃত্তিৰে ভৰা চিত্ত লৈ ৰজা পুৰঞ্জন পত্নীৰ সৈতে ভোগত ৰমি থাকিল, আৰু তেওঁৰ নতুন বয়স-যৌৱন যেন অর্ধক্ষণতে শেষ হৈ গ’ল।
