এই সংক্ষিপ্ত ব্ৰাত্য-জটিল সূক্তত পবিত্ৰ নেতৃত্বক সেই অক্ষ হিচাপে দেখুওৱা হৈছে, যাৰ চাৰিওফালে জনসমষ্টি (বিশ) আৰু ৰাজ্যৰ মুখ্য প্ৰতিষ্ঠানসমূহ স্বাভাৱিকভাৱে একত্ৰিত হয়। সভা, সমিতি, সেনা আৰু শূৰসকলক অনুগামী বুলি নাম লৈ, ই লাভভোগীৰ বাবে ৰাজনৈতিক বৈধতা আৰু নাগৰিক-সামৰিক সম্মতি আচারগতভাৱে সুৰক্ষিত কৰে। ইয়াৰ শক্তি জ্ঞান-মন্ত্ৰৰূপে প্ৰকাশ পায়: যি ‘এইদৰে জানে’, সি এই সকলো সংস্থাৰ মাজত প্ৰিয়ং ধাম—স্বীকৃত, অনুগ্ৰহিত আসন—হৈ উঠে।
