Sukta 2
ये वध्वश्चन्द्रं वहतुं यक्ष्मा यन्ति जनाँ अनु । पुनस्तान् यज्ञिया देवा नयन्तु यत आगताः
yé vadhváś candráṃ vahatúṃ yakṣmā́ yánti jánāṃ ánu | púnas tā́n yajñíyā devā́ náyantu yátá ā́gatāḥ
What wasting ills, in bridal guise, pursue the shining bridal-bearing, following the folk—those let the sacrifice-worthy Gods lead back again, to the place from which they came.
যি ক্ষয়কাৰী ৰোগসমূহ বধূৰ ৰূপ ধৰি উজ্জ্বল বাহতুকক অনুসৰণ কৰি লোকসকলৰ পিছে পিছে যায়—যজ্ঞযোগ্য দেৱতাসকলে সিহঁতক পুনৰ য’ৰ পৰা আহিছিল তাতেই উভতাই নিয়ক।
