तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

সেই (নিৰ্দেশ) উলংঘন কৰিলে সৰ্বোচ্চ দণ্ড—কৰ্তাৰো আৰু কৰোৱাই/আদেশদাতাৰো; আৰু সেই কৰ্মত হোৱা ক্ষতি বা মৃত্যুৰ বাবেও (দায় থাকিব)।
