Transliteration
rājñaśca prakṛtīnāṃ ca kalpayedantarā sthitaḥ
Translation
সেয়া মধ্যস্থ হৈ ৰজা আৰু প্ৰজাসকল (প্ৰকৃতি) উভয়ক ধ্যানত ৰাখি দণ্ড সমন্বয়/নিৰ্ধাৰণ কৰিব লাগে।
