Transliteration nikṣepopanidhiprayogāpahṛtānām aniṣṭopagatānāṃ ca dravyāṇāṃ jñānārtham asvāmikaṃ kupyaṃ hiraṇyaṃ ca upalabhya niṣkeptāram anyatra vyapadeśena grāhayed ativyayakartāram anāyativyayaṃ ca
Translation নিক্ষেপ, উপনিধি, অৰ্পিত-ব্যৱহাৰৰ দুৰ্ব্যৱহাৰ, চুৰি আদি দ্বাৰা অপহৃত বা অন্যথা হেৰাই যোৱা দ্ৰব্য চিনাক্ত কৰাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে, যেতিয়া মালিকবিহীন সামগ্ৰী বা সোণ পোৱা যায়, তেতিয়া নিক্ষেপক/দাবিদাৰক কোনো অজুহাতে অন্য ঠাইলৈ মাতি চিনাক্ত কৰাই ধৰি ৰাখিব লাগে; তদ্ৰূপ অতিব্যয়কাৰী আৰু দৃশ্যমান আয় নথকা সত্ত্বেও ব্যয় কৰা লোককো ধৰা উচিত।
