Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

অথবা যিসকলক মুক্তভাৱে চলাচল কৰিবলৈ অনুমতি নাই, তেওঁলোকে কেৱল ৰাজ্যৰ পানাগাৰতহে পান কৰিব।
