Transliteration

śāsane śāsanam ity ācakṣate

Translation

তেওঁলোকে কয়: ‘শাসনৰ ওপৰতো শাসন থাকিব লাগে’—অৰ্থাৎ কৰ্তৃত্বৰ প্ৰয়োগক শৃঙ্খলাই নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰিব।
