समुद्राद् द्विगुणः शाकः शाकाद् दुग्धाब्धिरुत्तमः द्विगुणः संस्थितो यत्र शेषपर्यङ्कगो हरिः एते च द्विगुणाः सर्वे परस्परमपि स्थिताः

وشاكا-دفيبا (Śāka-dvīpa) ضعفُ ذلك البحر، وخارج شاكا يوجد بحرُ اللبنِ الفاضل. وفي ذلك العالم يقيم هاري (Hari) مستريحًا على فراش شيشا (Śeṣa). وكلُّ هذه المراتب مرتَّبةٌ متعاقبة، بحيث يكون كلٌّ منها ضعفَ الآخر.
