āgatya ca cakāroccairyātrāṃ tatrādareṇa saḥ | dṛṣṭvā māhātmyamatulamayodhyāyāḥ savismayaḥ
ولمّا قدم إلى هناك أدّى رحلةَ الحجّ بخشوعٍ عظيم؛ وحين أبصر مجدَ أيودهيا الذي لا يُضاهى امتلأ دهشةً وإعجابًا.
Agastya (continuing narration)
Tirtha: Ayodhyā-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Interlocutor(s) in the māhātmya frame
Scene: Dharma, having completed rites and visits, stands overlooking Ayodhyā’s sacred panorama—temple spires, ghāṭs, pilgrims—his face lit with astonished devotion.
Pilgrimage done with reverence reveals the deeper māhātmya of a holy place and awakens awe and faith.
Ayodhyā itself is explicitly glorified as possessing incomparable greatness.
Undertake the yātrā with ādara (reverence); the verse highlights the attitude of devotion rather than a technical ritual.
