फणसाहस्रमणिभिर्दग्धाः शेषस्य सुव्रत । तस्मादेतन्महातीर्थं सरयूतीरगं शुभम् । ख्यातं सहस्रधारेति भविष्यति न संशयः

Transliteration

phaṇasāhasramaṇibhirdagdhāḥ śeṣasya suvrata | tasmādetanmahātīrthaṃ sarayūtīragaṃ śubham | khyātaṃ sahasradhāreti bhaviṣyati na saṃśayaḥ

Translation

يا ذا النذرِ الحسن، هنا احترقت جواهرُ ألوفِ قلانسِ شِيشا؛ فلذلك فإن هذا التيرثا العظيم المبارك على ضفةِ نهرِ سَرَيو سيشتهر حقًّا باسم «سَهَسْرَذَارَا» أي «ذو الألفِ جريان»، بلا ريب.
