चिंतयन्मनसा वीरस्तपः कर्तुं समुद्यतः । स वै तत्र तपस्तेपे शाकमूलफलाशनः
ciṃtayanmanasā vīrastapaḥ kartuṃ samudyataḥ | sa vai tatra tapastepe śākamūlaphalāśanaḥ
وهو يتأمّل في قلبه تأمّلًا عميقًا، عزم ذلك الرجل الثابت على أداء التَّبَس (الزهد والرياضة). فهناك مارس التبس، مقتاتًا بالخُضَر والجذور والثمار.
