यादृग्विधाय बलिना वामनायोदकं कृतम् । तत्तादृशाय दातव्यमथ किं विश्वरूपिणे
yādṛgvidhāya balinā vāmanāyodakaṃ kṛtam | tattādṛśāya dātavyamatha kiṃ viśvarūpiṇe
«إن ماءَ السَّكْب الذي قدّمه بَليٌّ إنما أُجري لفامَنَة على تلك الهيئة؛ فينبغي أن يُعطى لمن هو على مثلها—فأيُّ حقٍّ في إعطائه لمن هو في الهيئة الكونية الشاملة؟»
