दर्शश्च पौर्णमासी च साग्निकैः पूर्वसंयुता । नाग्निहीनैस्तु कर्त्तव्या पुनराह प्रजापतिः
darśaśca paurṇamāsī ca sāgnikaiḥ pūrvasaṃyutā | nāgnihīnaistu karttavyā punarāha prajāpatiḥ
أمّا من يحفظون النيران المقدّسة، فعليهم أن يؤدّوا شعيرتَي دارشا (Darśa) وبورْنَمَاسي (Paurṇamāsī) على وفق الوقت السابق (pūrva) مع النار؛ وأمّا من لا نار لهم فليؤدّوهما على وجهٍ آخر—هكذا أعلن براجابتي مرّةً أخرى.

Scene: Two parallel ritual setups: on one side, a sāgnika with three sacred fires performing Darśa–Paurṇamāsa with ‘pūrva’ connection; on the other, an anagnika performing the adapted rite; Prajāpati is invoked as the authoritative source.
Dharma adapts rites to one’s ritual status (with or without sacred fires), but still demands correct timing and method.
Dvārakā is the broader setting; the verse itself is a procedural rule for lunar rites.
Different timing/mode for Darśa–Paurṇamāsī depending on whether one is sāgnika (maintains fires) or agnihīna (does not).
