Narrator (Purāṇic narrator in the Dvārakā Māhātmya context)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Scene: After cursing, the two brāhmaṇas hand over a cow to another recipient; they look tired and hungry, then begin their journey home, walking away from Dvārakā’s palace with the sea breeze behind them.
Dāna must be handled with clarity and justice; unresolved disputes around gifts can become causes of sin and suffering.
Dvārakā is the sacred narrative frame in which this dharma-episode is recounted.
Go-dāna (gift of a cow) appears as the relevant charitable act, central to the dispute’s aftermath.
