tayā hataḥ sahasrākṣo visaṃjño rudhiraplutaḥ | dhvajayaṣṭiṃ samāśritya saṃniviṣṭo rathopari

فضُرِبَ بها ذو الألف عين (سَهَسْرَاكْشَ/إندرا) فسقط مغمىً عليه، غارقاً في الدم؛ واتكأ على سارية الراية وبقي منهدّاً فوق مركبته.
