yatrāste gālavo nāma sadaiva tapasi sthitaḥ | tasya bhāryā viśālākṣī sarvalakṣaṇalakṣitā

وكان هناك ناسكٌ يُدعى «غالافا» (Gālava) ثابتًا أبدًا في التَّبَس (tapas) والزهد؛ وزوجته «فيشالا أكشي» (Viśālākṣī) واسعة العينين، موفورةً بكل العلامات المباركة.
