kaṇṭakeṣu ca sarveṣu koṭayo navasaṃkhyayā | śaktayaḥ prāṇirakṣārthaṃ saṃsthitā girijā'jñayā

وعلى جميع أشواكه تقيم قوى (شَكتي) بعددٍ من الكُرور، معدودةً على تسعة أوجه، مُقَرَّرةً لحماية الكائنات بأمرِ جيريجا.
