कारणं कथ्यतामाशु वह्नीन्द्रवसुभिर्युताः । देवा ऊचुः । दैत्यैः पराजितास्तात संगरेऽद्भुतकारिभिः
kāraṇaṃ kathyatāmāśu vahnīndravasubhiryutāḥ | devā ūcuḥ | daityaiḥ parājitāstāta saṃgare'dbhutakāribhiḥ
«أخبِر بالسبب سريعًا»، قال براهما، إذ وقف الآلهة أمامه مصحوبين بأغني وإندرا والفَسُو. فأجاب الآلهة: «يا أبانا الموقَّر، لقد هُزمنا في المعركة على يد الدانافا صانعي العجائب»۔
