स चकार महायज्ञे हरद्वेषं विमूढधीः । तेन द्वेषेण महता सती प्रकुपिता भृशम्
sa cakāra mahāyajñe haradveṣaṃ vimūḍhadhīḥ | tena dveṣeṇa mahatā satī prakupitā bhṛśam
في ذلك القربان العظيم، أضمر ذو العقل المضلَّل بغضًا لهارا (شيفا)؛ وبسبب تلك العداوة الجسيمة اشتدّ غضب ساتي غضبًا عظيمًا.
