छिद्रमन्वेषमाणस्तु सुसूक्ष्ममपि च द्विजाः । न तस्या लभते क्वाऽपि गता मासा नवैव तु

chidramanveṣamāṇastu susūkṣmamapi ca dvijāḥ | na tasyā labhate kvā'pi gatā māsā navaiva tu

ولكن، يا ذوي الولادتين، مع أنه كان يفتّش عن ثغرة ولو كانت أدقّ ما يكون، لم يجد فيها موضع خللٍ قطّ—حتى انقضت تسعة أشهر.
