हा हतास्मि विनष्टास्मि मंदभाग्या ह्यभागिनी । एकोपि तनयो यस्या ममाप्येनां दशां गतः
hā hatāsmi vinaṣṭāsmi maṃdabhāgyā hyabhāginī | ekopi tanayo yasyā mamāpyenāṃ daśāṃ gataḥ
«وا حسرتاه! كأنّي قُتلتُ، كأنّي هلكتُ—يا لسوء حظّي، حقًّا أنا محرومةٌ من السعادة! لي ابنٌ واحدٌ لا غير، وهو أيضًا قد أوقعني في هذه الحال».
