Transliteration

viśvāmitra uvāca | atra te kīrtayiṣyāmi pūrvavṛttakathāṃtaram | bhartṛyajena ye tyaktāḥ sarvenye brāhmaṇottamāḥ

قال فيشواميترا: هنا سأذكر لك روايةً أخرى مما جرى في القديم. أولئك الذين نبذتهم يَجْنَة بهارتْرِ (Bhartṛ-yajña)—مع أن سائرهم كانوا من خيار البرهمنة—فاسمع كيف كان الأمر.
