एवं ज्ञात्वा सुरश्रेष्ठ कुरु यत्ते सुरोचते । अतिक्रामति कालोऽयं यज्ञयानसमुद्रवः । तिष्ठते च गृहव्यग्रा सापि स्त्री शिथिलात्मिका
evaṃ jñātvā suraśreṣṭha kuru yatte surocate | atikrāmati kālo'yaṃ yajñayānasamudravaḥ | tiṣṭhate ca gṛhavyagrā sāpi strī śithilātmikā
«فإذا علمتَ ذلك، يا خيرَ الآلهة، فافعلْ ما تراه لائقًا. إنّ الزمن يمضي، واستعداداتُ مركبِ القُربان في اضطراب. وهي أيضًا ما تزال منشغلةً بأعمال البيت؛ إنّ تلك المرأة رخوةُ العزم.»
