cīravalkalasaṃtyaktaṃ snānajāpyavivarjitam | saṃyuktaṃ vividhairgandhairmṛganābhipuraḥsaraiḥ

«(إنه) قد ترك الثياب الخشنة ولباس اللِّحاء، لكنه لا يترك الاغتسال وتلاوة الجَپَة. وهو مقرون بروائح شتّى، تتقدّمها رائحة المسك (mṛganābhi)».
