एवमुक्तः स दैत्येन दूतो गत्वा द्रुतं ततः । प्रोवाच शंकरं वाक्यैः परुषैः स विशेषतः
evamuktaḥ sa daityena dūto gatvā drutaṃ tataḥ | provāca śaṃkaraṃ vākyaiḥ paruṣaiḥ sa viśeṣataḥ
وهكذا لمّا أُمِرَ من قِبَلِ ذلك الأسورا، مضى الرسولُ مسرعًا، ثم خاطبَ شانكرا (Śaṅkara) ناقلًا تلك الكلمات—قاسيةً، وبخاصةٍ وقِحةً متعجرفةً.
