मध्यमाः स्वर्गमार्गं च दिव्यान्भोगान्मनोरमान् । अप्सरोभिः समं क्रीडां यज्ञाद्यैः कर्मभिः कृताम्

أمّا ذوو المرتبة الوسطى فيلتمسون طريق السماء ولذّاتٍ إلهيةً بهيّةً مُبهِجة—يلهون مع الأبسارات—مما يُنال باليَجْنَا وسائر الأعمال الطقسية كالقربان.
