सूत उवाच । श्वेतद्वीपः समानीतो विष्णुना प्रभविष्णुना । तत्क्षेत्रे कलिभीतेन यथा शौक्ल्यं न संत्यजेत्
sūta uvāca | śvetadvīpaḥ samānīto viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā | tatkṣetre kalibhītena yathā śauklyaṃ na saṃtyajet
قال سوتا: «إنّ شْوِيتَدْوِيپَة قد جُلبت إلى هنا على يدِ فيشنو، الربّ القادر على كلّ شيء، لكيلا تترك في تلك البقعة المقدّسة—خوفًا من كالي—بياضَها (طهارتها)».
