एनां दृष्ट्वा कुमारी या वेदिमध्यं गमिष्यति । सा भविष्यत्यसंदेहः पत्युः प्राणसमा सदा
enāṃ dṛṣṭvā kumārī yā vedimadhyaṃ gamiṣyati | sā bhaviṣyatyasaṃdehaḥ patyuḥ prāṇasamā sadā
أيُّ عذراءٍ إذا ما أبصرتها ثم دخلت إلى وسط المذبح (لأداء الشعيرة)، فإنها—لا ريب—تصير على الدوام أعزَّ على زوجها من نَفَسِ حياته.
