एवं संयुध्यमानौ तौ जघ्नतुश्चेतरेतरम् । द्वंद्वयुद्धं सुतुमुलं तयोर्जातं महात्मनोः
evaṃ saṃyudhyamānau tau jaghnatuścetaretaram | dvaṃdvayuddhaṃ sutumulaṃ tayorjātaṃ mahātmanoḥ
وهكذا ظلّ الاثنان يتقاتلان، يضرب كلٌّ منهما الآخر مرارًا؛ وبين هذين العظيمين قامت مبارزةٌ عاصفةٌ شديدة الاضطرام.
