«كيف يُطلب الزواج ممّن جعل سمارا (كاما)، ذلك الأنانغا عديمَ الجسد، على تلك الحال؟ ثم إنّ تزويج الابنة لا يُستحسن إذا كان الخاطب قريبًا جدًّا أو بعيدًا جدًّا، أو كان غنيًّا أو معدمًا، أو بلا معيشة، أو كان أحمق.»
