किमेतदिति प्राहुश्च बर्बरीकः कुतो हतः । पांडवाश्चापि मुमुचुरश्रूणि सहपार्थिवाः
kimetaditi prāhuśca barbarīkaḥ kuto hataḥ | pāṃḍavāścāpi mumucuraśrūṇi sahapārthivāḥ
صاحوا قائلين: 'ما هذا؟ من أين قُتل بربريكا؟'. والباندافاس أيضاً، مع الملوك المجتمعين، ذرفوا دموعهم.
