mene ca durjayaṃ daityastadā ṣaḍvadanaṃ raṇe | ciṃtayāmāsa buddhyā ca prāptaṃ tadbrahmaṇo vacaḥ
حينئذٍ رأى العفريتُ أن ذا الوجوه الستة (سكاندا) لا يُقهر في ساحة القتال، وأخذ يتأمّل بعقله كلمات براهما التي قد تحقّقت.
