«بسببكم لم يُبلَّغ إليّ خبرٌ قطّ عمّا ينشأ من جهة العدو. لا تليق المشورة بمن سَكِر بالخمر وافتتن بالشهوة. إنما يُسمّى وزيرًا من يُشير على الملك بما فيه صلاحه.»
