एवं संकल्प्य तं पुत्रं लालयित्वा उमाचिरम् । उवाच पुत्र क्रीडेति गच्छ सार्धं गणैरिति

وهكذا عَزَمَتْ أُما أن تتخذه ابنًا، فدلّلته زمنًا طويلًا، ثم قالت: «يا بُنيّ، اذهب فالعب؛ اذهب مع الغَنات (Gaṇas)».
