इत्युक्तः संभ्रमयुतो मुखं संमार्ज्य पाणिना । देव्याः समीपमागच्छज्जययाऽनुगतः शनैः
ityuktaḥ saṃbhramayuto mukhaṃ saṃmārjya pāṇinā | devyāḥ samīpamāgacchajjayayā'nugataḥ śanaiḥ
فلما خوطب بذلك، امتلأ رهبةً وشوقًا، فمسح وجهه بيده، ثم دنا من الإلهة على مهل، وجايا يتبعه من خلفه.
