स नो रक्षतु गोविंदो भयार्तास्ते जगुः सुराः । सुराणां चिंतितं ज्ञात्वा भगवान्गरुडध्वजः
sa no rakṣatu goviṃdo bhayārtāste jaguḥ surāḥ | surāṇāṃ ciṃtitaṃ jñātvā bhagavāngaruḍadhvajaḥ
«ليحمِنا غوفيندا!»—هكذا صرخَتِ الآلهةُ وقد أضناها الخوف. ولمّا عَلِمَ البهاغافان، صاحبَ رايةِ غارودا، ما في قلوبِهم، (أجاب).
