शस्त्रवृष्टिं ववर्षोग्रां देवनीकेषु दुर्जयः । तया वृष्ट्या पीड्यमाना दैत्यैरन्यैश्च देवताः
śastravṛṣṭiṃ vavarṣogrāṃ devanīkeṣu durjayaḥ | tayā vṛṣṭyā pīḍyamānā daityairanyaiśca devatāḥ
وأمطر ذلك الذي لا يُقهَر وابلًا هائجًا من السلاح على جموعِ الآلهة. فإذ كانت الآلهةُ تُعذَّب بتلك العاصفة من المقذوفات—وبسائر الدايتيين أيضًا—نالها أذًى شديد.
