Transliteration

tadāprabhṛti tattīrthaṃ pādodakamitīritam | pādau yadādau śubhadau kṣālitau pītavāsasā

Translation

ومنذ ذلك الحين سُمِّي ذلك المَعبر المقدّس «بادودَكا»، لأن فيه، في البدء، غُسِلَت القدمان المباركتان لِـ«بيتاڤاسا»—فيشنو لابسَ الأصفر.
