यथाकथंचित्पिंडानां तिस्रोशीतीः समाहितः । मासेनाश्नन्हविष्यस्य चंद्रस्यैति सलोकताम्
yathākathaṃcitpiṃḍānāṃ tisrośītīḥ samāhitaḥ | māsenāśnanhaviṣyasya caṃdrasyaiti salokatām
وإن لم يستطع إلا على نحوٍ ما أن يلتزم، وهو ثابت القلب، بمقدار ثلاثٍ وثمانين لقمة، وأكل طعام الهَفِشْيَا (haviṣya) على هذا النحو شهرًا كاملًا—نال السكنى في عالم القمر (تشاندرا).
