إن أُحسن التأمّل، فهذه المهمة لنا وحدنا حقًّا؛ وحتى بهذا التدبير، فليثبت هؤلاء—أتباعي وخدّامي—مقيمين هناك.
Śiva (Sthāṇu), reported by Skanda
Tirtha: Avimukta-Kāśī
Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva inwardly resolves that the work is his alone and orders his own attendants to remain stationed in Kāśī as guardians of the sacred city.
The verse frames Kāśī as governed by Śiva’s direct will—his attendants are appointed to uphold the sanctity and divine order of the place.
The broader sacred realm of Kāśī is implied; the instruction concerns stationing Śiva’s attendants within that holy territory.
None; it is an administrative/divine directive rather than a ritual injunction.
