pavitraparvaṇi sadā śrāvaṇe māsi yatnataḥ | liṃge pavitramāropya mahādeve na garbhabhāk

Translation

في عيد «باڤيتراپرفن» المقدّس، ولا سيّما في شهر «شرَافَنا»، ينبغي أن يُوضَع بخضوعٍ واعتناء خيطُ «باڤيترا» أو إكليلُه على اللِّينغا؛ ومن قدّمه لمهاديفا لا يعود إلى الرحم ثانيةً (أي يتحرّر من الولادة المتكرّرة).
