Transliteration

upopaviśya pakṣīṃdrastasya yaṃtrasya nirbhayaḥ | kṣaṇaṃ vicārayāmāsa kimatra karavāṇyaho

Translation

ثم إنّ ملكَ الطير، غيرَ هيّاب، جلسَ بقرب ذلك الجهاز وتفكّر لحظةً قائلاً: «وا أسفاه—ماذا عساي أن أفعل هنا؟»
