Transliteration

prāṇātyaye kratau śrāddhe bhaiṣaje viprakāmyayā | alaulyamitthaṃ palalaṃ bhakṣayannaiva doṣabhāk

Translation

عند خوف الهلاك، وفي القربان، وفي طقس الشرادها، كدواء، أو ابتغاء إرضاء براهمن—إذا كان بلا طمع—فمن أكل «بالالا» على هذا الوجه لا يلحقه إثم.
